Yes but currently only ADSL 1 so a maximum of 8MB. The exchange, Seagry, is here. The nearer you are to that the faster speed you can get. At the start of Cowley way, a distance of 1.2km/0.8mile, the connection speed is 8128 (8MB) and measured download rate over 7MB (on a good day).
