Membership
Membership of this site is limited to those living in Sutton Benger area and surrounds or those who have some attachment to this area (e.g. work here etc.). All applications are inspected by admin and those accounts not meeting this rule will not be activated and will be deleted.
General
Any personal information you give as part of this registration process and/or any other interaction with us will be collected, stored and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Posting Content
You must not submit any Content that doesn't comply with these Terms. Specifically:

- includes advertising, or is soliciting business, unless approved by the admin;
- impersonates, or attempts to impersonate another person, whether or not that person is a user of this site.
- infringes the privacy of an individual or company, including (but not limited to) posting location and/or contact details of another person without their permission;

The majority of Content posted on this site is created by members of this site. The views expressed are theirs and unless specifically stated are not ours. We are not are responsible for any Content posted by members or for the availability or Content of any third party sites that are accessible through this site.
